你不用做仰臥起坐也可以得到肌肉線條明顯的腹部。

夏天快到了,對我們許多人而言,這意味著海灘或泳池之旅。人們通常很在乎穿上泳裝之後的模樣,但訓練員表示要有緊實的腹部並沒有大家想像的那麼難。雖然你可能必須放棄漢堡和巧克力幾個月的時間,但卻不需要做上千下的仰臥起坐。

有些比較簡單的運動可以做,而且多數都可以在你坐在電視機前的時候完成。這些簡單撇步之一就是在椅子上坐直,握住扶手的前端,然後把膝蓋高舉到胸前。保持這個姿勢幾秒鐘,然後把腳放下,再重複一次。

如果你準備好要坐到地上,雙腳彎曲坐下,腳底平貼你面前的地板。往後靠一點,用腹部肌肉支撐20到30秒。重複這個動作大約15到20次。

You dont have to do sit-ups to get a toned stomach.

The summer is just around the corner, and for many of us, that means trips to the beach or the pool. People often stress about how theyll look when they put on a swimsuit, but trainers say that getting a toned stomach is not as hard as most people think. While you might have to give up hamburgers and chocolate for a couple of months, its not necessary to do thousands of sit-ups.

There are some much easier exercises you can do, and most of them can be done while youre sitting in front of the TV. One of the easiest things you can do is to sit upright on a chair, hold on to the front of the armrests, and then lift your knees up to your chest. Hold the position for a few seconds and then lower your legs and repeat.

If youre ready to get on the floor, sit down with your legs bent and your feet flat on the floor in front of you. Lean back a little and use your abdominal muscles to support you for 20 to 30 seconds. Repeat the exercise around 15 to 20 times.
